30 Second Salmon Crust
Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
- 1tb sweet chilli sauce
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 fresh salmon portions
- parsley to garnish
Directions
- Crush roasted nuts in a food processor or in a zip lock bag and rolling pin until it resembles a crumble (some chunks are fine and add crunch when cooked).
- Mix in the sauce and lemon juice.
- Place salmon skin side down on a baking tray and press mixture over the top.
- Bake in a 190C oven until salmon is cooked and crust has caramelised.
