I completely resigned trying to buy hazelnuts (my favorite nut) in the stores here. They're always roasted or just not good. I prefer raw. These ones here are exactly what I wanted and even more! Not a big fan of all the roasted and flavored ones but that's just my taste, raw is the go

These hazelnuts are just magnificent. I've never bought any that were so fresh and crisp. They have a slightly sweet after taste, which makes them a perfect snack.i know times are tough but there is something special about adding these to food gifts or to your own cooking. 100% worth the money and it's always good to support these wonderful small Aussie businesses to prevent them disappearing. The only alternative after that is supermarket nuts that are often so old that they're just short of going rancid.

I have always loved hazelnuts but mostly found them disappointing. Am so pleased I kept persevering, your nuts are a joy to eat! Would love to know more about peak season, refridgeration for preservation. I live in Brisbane and always keep nuts cold otherise they quickly become rancid.
Mind you they wont last long☺️

Dry roasted hazelnuts are my favourite nut and these are absolutely the best.

Hazelbrae hazelnuts taste so good and are well priced compared to the competition. And don’t even bother with the supermarket versions: terrible! Delicious just eating by the handful or for using in recipes. You gotta try these!
