Tasty, fresh, delicious thanks

Our chicken thighs or drumsticks have a mouthwatering taste sprinkled with hazelnut dukkah, then roasted in the oven!!!
There’s never a morsel left on the baking tray.
We’ve also sprinkled the hazelnut dukkah on pork fillet medallions prior to cooking them in a pan. Yum and yum!
We’ve tried other brands of dukkah, but this is the BEST! It’s perfect!

Full of Hazlenuts and Raisins!

I mainly use hazlenut oil in salads and on roast vegetables. You don't need much to give a lot of flavour. I have also used it in special cakes, which demand quite a lot of oil, but the result has really made those cakes extra special. This is a lovely product.

The dark chocolate surrounding a fresh hazelnut, equal balance of good quality of chocolate , to crunch in the mouth, one after another. Once started, it is never going to stop. Will order again and again.

Roasted Hazelnuts from Hazelbrae have outstanding taste and crunch. So much better than the imported ones. I’m now buying the biggest bag as the family all love to snack on them. We have them in salads, scattered over beans & carrots, in biscuits, cakes and slices. The hazelnut oil and meal have the same beautiful flavour.

Bought roasted hazelnut from your stall at Salamanca Market in Oct 2024, second time when we were in Tassie in July 2025, at the stall again in pouring rain. Found out thereafter we can order online and have been doing so....we live in Queensland!!
